RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the product within 30 days of purchase. You can choose to exchange the product or get a refund to your original payment method.

For exchanges, Jollywood is responsible for return shipping costs and we will provide you with return shipping supplies.

For refunds, you are responsible for shipping costs and supplies.

Please note that returned products must not show visible signs of use. If the returned items do not satisfy this requirement, your return will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

To return a purchased item, follow the steps below:
1. Message us (through the Contact Us bubble found on the lower right-hand side of our website) with your order number and state which items you would like to return.
2. Make sure the items you’re returning do not have any visible signs of use.
3. Follow the return instructions detailed in our return email to you.

We will need 14 days to process your return and assess it for eligibility. After it has been accepted, we will send you an email and your refund should be in your account within 7 to 14 days depending on your bank.
